Finnish and Danish: two new language versions of Climate Call launched

Climate Call is growing across Europe! With support from Nordplus Horizontal, we have launched new Finnish and Danish editions of our climate education card game – Ilmastotietäjä and Klimacool. Teachers and students in both countries are now discovering how climate issues can be discussed in a playful, engaging, and inspiring way.

The ETIP project is making significant strides in advancing climate education across Europe through the card game Climate Call. Now reaching teachers in Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Estonia, the project has already surpassed many of its ambitious goals. Climate Call has been translated into multiple languages, with supporting teacher materials fully adapted for each country. So far, over 1,000 teachers have received training, engaging an estimated 1,000 schools across five countries. In autumn 2024, ETIP held two international online events for both teachers and students, and a key in-person meeting in Warsaw, where project representatives shared insights and mapped the future of the initiative.
